q: what about repeat buyers? how are they rewarded?
a: great question! we have a very high ratio of repeat buyers due to our longevity in the business, people seem to turn their cars over every 2-3 years and they call us to trick out their interiors. we do have a special program for them. they are happy and keep buying so.....

q: any other special programs?
a: yes. we often do group buys for car clubs and we also have a standing discount for active duty military personnel.

q: cool, so you take care of our people in uniform?
a: absolutely! we've shipped kits to bases all over the states and apo's and fpo's all over the world. it's the least we can do.

q: what else can you tell us about the Torasport line?
a: easy - we essesntially have two lines of products. our premium line which is the diagrams shown on the website and a standard line which is available upon request.

q: what's the diff between the premium and standard?
a: the bottom line is everything. from materials to pricing. we offer both to try and cover all customer's needs

q: and?
a: the premium line is cut on a cnc mill bed, takes longer to do and more hand labor is involved. the standard line is done on a laser bed, so it's faster.

q: how do the kits stick to the dash?
a: simple - we use only quality 3m adhesive systems. the standard line uses a 3m 4229 and the premium uses 3m VHB (very high bond) double sided tape. amazing stuff.

q: do have any 'specialty' kits?
a: yes. we started off making the first 'master kits' back in 94-95. no one else was making 'big' kits - they are all much smaller, more expensive and usually a hideous color wood.

q: hideous wood?
a: just awful! we really brought carbon fiber to the attention of the u.s. crowd. alot of our inspiration was from europe and japan.

q: what is a master kit?
a: well to us, it is a kit that has more pieces or larger pieces to have a greater impact on the overall installation in the vehicle.

q: ah - i see.... can you give us an example?
a: sure, the 92-95 civic, the 95-99 eclipse, the last gen rx7 and supra. the last three are 'world famous' LOL!

q: why the LOL?
a: we supplied these kits to the movie 'fast and furoius'

	q: how long has Torasport been in business? a: since 1994.
	q: is that a long time? a: funny you ask!! this is important in the sense that there are alot of companies who claim to offer 'lifetime' warranties, and yet go out of business leaving the customer high and dry.
	q: what is the warranty on Torasport products? a: on most items it's a limited lifetime to the original owner. there are exceptions though, if in doubt ask.
	q: do i need to keep my reciept for a warranty claim? a: yes. it helps. though we rarely have problems, (less than 1%) stuff does happen!! we keep records of all our sales, but it makes it easier if you keep your original receipt.
