All prices shown are subject to change without notice. The items being offered are based upon current ARB USA catalog offerings. An item shown does not mean it is in stock. All back orders will the shipped as quickly as possible. If an item shown is on back order, you will be given the choice of "shipping complete" or "ship as available". We will contact you with this choice if needed. If an item shown is no longer available from ARB we contact you and cancel your order. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Paypal and US Postal Money Orders for payment. Large items that require truck freight cannot be shipped to APO or FPO addresses.
Warranties, Repairs and Returns.
ToraSport is neither a repair or techinical support company. If you are having issues with your purchased product please contact the manufacturer or impoter.

ARB products are warranted for 24 months or 24,000 miles. You must keep your reciept as we may not have your purchase on file. This is your repsonsiblity. If you feel that your ARB, OME or IPF product needs repair under warranty, please contact us or ARB directly at 425-264-1391.
Dash kits are warrantied for 3 years unlimited mileage to the original owner unless otherwise speicified.
Schmidt & Bender scopes when purchased new through ToraSport carry the factory 10 year warranty.
We will be happy to try and assist you in the achieving of any repairs through the importer (ARB, OME, IPF and Schmidt & Bender). Contact us directly for repair requests for your dash kit.
Returns. If for some reason you wish to return any item purchased from us, please contact us via email requesting a RA, or return authorization. Once approved, you will be given a RA or RMA # and the address to which to send it back to. Custom order parts and certain items are not returnable unless deemed defective. There will be no refunds without prior authorization.
Restocking fees. All items are subject to a restocking fee. ARB related items must be in their original packing. The item and packaging must be in "as new" condtion when it arrives back, otherwise there will be a reboxing fee. The restocking fee on ARB related items are 15% off current published ARB USA jobber rates, less any shipping fees that may have been built into the cost of the item. Again a RA or RMA must be recieved prior to any resending of merchandise.
There are no returns allowed on dash kits unless it is a current year vehicles and made from one of the following materials, Medium Burlwood or Real Carbon fiber (black only). Restocking fee on dash kits is 25% plus any shipping costs.
Restocking fees on Schmidt Bender Riflescopes is to be determined by Schmidt Bender USA. Contact us with any questions. The product and packaging would have to be as new condition.
There will be no restocking fees if the item was shipped incorrectly by ToraSport or the importer.
Refunds will be credited to the credit card on which it was purchased. No cash refunds. Special cases will be determined on an individual basis.
